Minnesota Community Ally

As a non-profit 501(c)3 organization, Minnesota Community Ally™ was founded in 2020 on the belief that when a community comes together, it passes along the spirit of giving and goodness to their sons and daughters, strengthens their families, and creates a new generation of volunteers, philanthropists, and a kind, caring community. We achieve this by offering unique programs and events, valuable services, and fun activities that promote kindness and giving.

Who We Are

MCA has played an important role in Minnesota’s communities by providing essential services, employing local youth, and improving quality of life through arts and human services to recreation and youth sports. We want to build a legacy of reinvesting in our communities by creating and supporting young people with job opportunities.

Our mission

Our mission is to provide a supportive, safe, and comfortable environment to cultivate and promote young people’s inner aptitudes. Through barber apprenticeship and CDL training courses with our partner schools, we seek out qualified high school graduates for opportunities. We also take pride in our local neighborhoods to clean local parks and streets with the work and generosity of our volunteers. Cleaning the environment reduces pollution, protects unique ecosystems, prevents the extinction of endangered species and conserves resources. A clean environment ensures the protection of biodiversity and ecosystems upon which human life and all other life on earth depends. MCA believes when the local community is surrounded by cleaner environment citizens are more engage in better daily action. This cultivates a different culture of responsibility and involvement.
